Product can be returned for refund or exchange within fourteen (15) days from the original date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Original purchase invoice is required
Products return in its original condition (i.e. new in box, sealed)
Package must be absolutely unopened for software, consumables (i.e. ink, media), and headsets
Products must not be a special order. Ask us if your order is considered a special order.
It is your own responsibility to bring the item back to our address on the invoice.
A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply to any less-than-original condition product Marilyn’s Enterprises Ltd. agrees to take back. Removal of shrink-wrap may constitute less-than-original condition. Servers, notebook, netbook, branded computer, phones, TV’s and tablet PC’s are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check with one of our Product Advisers if you are in doubt.
Due to the volatile nature of the industry, returns will be refunded or credited at the lower of current price (at the time of return) minus restocking fee or purchased price minus restocking fee.
All products being returned by shipping need to be first pre-authorized by Marilyn’s Enterprises Ltd.. Please scroll down to see our Return Merchandise Authorization section for details. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
For in store purchases, Marilyn’s Enterprises Ltd. will not accept any returns for items that are physically damaged once the product has left the store. Please closely examine the products for physical damages.

During Marilyn’s Enterprises Ltd.™ warranty period, we will offer an exchange after the product is free from physical damage, and is tested and deemed defective by a Marilyn’s Enterprises Ltd. technician.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure
If a product is found to be defective and Customer seeks warranty service, please first create or login to your Marilyn’s Enterprises Ltd. account and fill out the RMA form and submit it. A response will be provided within 48 hours during regular business days. Once the request is processed, your RMA request’s STATUS will be changed from pending to Awaiting Products. Once a replacement has been shipped, your RMA requests status will be changed to completed.
All returns must be approved by Marilyn’s Enterprises Ltd. with a RMA number. For goods manufactured by companies other than Marilyn’s Enterprises Ltd., Marilyn’s Enterprises Ltd. has no obligation to provide any warranty service after the first 15 day warranty period. However Marilyn’s Enterprises Ltd. may, from time to time and for a fee, seek warranty service on behave of the Customer. Such fee must be pre-paid before warranty service commences.
Marilyn’s Enterprises Ltd. is not responsible for any forms of incompatibility, incorrect installation, incorrect configuration or software setup that may arise from the purchased product. Such problems that arise will not be considered defective.
With the RMA number, send the goods with all the drivers, software, documentation, cables, diskettes, and packaging to Marilyn’s Enterprises Ltd.. Customer must pre-pay the shipping and costs including insurance for the return of goods. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Goods sent collect or not marked with a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
If goods are returned without all original parts or if warranty labels have been tempered, Marilyn’s Enterprises Ltd. reserves the right to return the goods back to the Customer un-repaired. Marilyn’s Enterprises Ltd. shall not be responsible for any losses due to shipping or delays in RMA Service. Customer agrees to pay a technical service charge of $80.00 for RMA goods tested and found non-defective.
