SHIPPING

Marilyn’s of West Vancouver ships all items from our boutique in West Vancouver using Canada Post within 24-72 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday.  If you have special requirements, please allow a little extra time. Be sure to note any special shipping instructions or contact us after placing your order. We are your personal shoppers and we’ll do our best to fulfill special requests.

Delivery times are estimated as an average so there can be additional delays during holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or assume any responsibility for delivery times as we put our faith in our shipping partners to get it there.

Marilyn’s of West Vancouver packages are sent through Canada Post as we find this option to be the least costly. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

In Store

We allow exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase in our West Vancouver boutique on regular priced items. We do not offer exchanges or store credits on sale or discounted items, lingerie, swimwear or accessories. These items are FINAL SALE.

Online – Canada only

We allow exchanges, in store credit or refunds (15% re-stocking fee) if you have purchased full priced items through our online boutique. Please note that our re-stocking fee is non-negotiable. We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items. If you have placed an order online and would like an exchange or refund, you must let us know within 72 hours of receiving the package via email to service@marilynsofwestvancouver.com. We will then send you full exchange or return instructions and a Return Authorization number. Packages that are sent COD, or without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. The item being returned must arrive within 14 days after notification, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached. We must be able to sell the item to another lovely customer so please handle with care. Marilyn’s of West Vancouver does not assume any shipping costs on exchanges. Any additional shipping charges incurred when shipping out an exchange will be charged to your credit card and shipped according to your preferred shipping method. We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items, lingerie, swimwear or accessories. All items are carefully checked prior to shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition, but if you notice any damage please contact us right away and send us a photo!

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Marilyn’s of West Vancouver are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items is passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier, Canada Post. All packages come with up to $100 insurance and Canada Post always does their best to locate any lost shipments. This happens very rarely, but we always recommend you select a shipping option that offers tracking.
